The Relais Santa Croce is the best
I had the complete pleasure of staying at the Relais Santa Croce this past Sptember 15-17 and have become
the Hotel Relais Santa Croce's best advertisement for any of my friends and colleagues who may be planning
a trip to Florence.
The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and luxurious - and the only thing that could top that was your excellent staff
who were attentive and generous with their time and information - before and during my stay. As a women traveling
alone I felt I had stumbled along some long lost relatives. Thank you all for that and forgive my tardiness in getting
a note off to you. Now that I am home and back to reality - I think of Florence and my experience at the hotel daily -
I know that your services and entire property are one of the best I have had the pleasure of staying at worldwide.
For over 20 years, my career as a Meeting Planner has allowed me the opportunity to travel all over the world while
I plan meetings and conventions for groups from 15 to 10,000 people - and I have stayed in many, many,
many wonderful hotels along the way. Therefore I deem myself an expert in hotels and services they provide.
The Relais Santa Croce is the best in my humble opinion. Again, thank you for making my brief stay in Florence
wonderful and memorable.
I was totally fascinated with your beautiful light fixtures - made of clear crystal beads. When I asked about them
one of your staff gave me a brochure of the manufacturer - and I understand that the company who manufacturers
these light fixtures are also owners or part owners of your hotel. Would it be possible to get their name, web site
and a catalog of their products?

Seasons and am working on my next mini-vacation in Florence in the near future.
