"Above and beyond the expected!"
The hotel is gorgeous, the staff is very accommodating, and the rooms are very stylish and comfortable. I cannot imagine going to Florence and not staying at the Relais. I arrived unwell from a business conference, and the staff took superb care of me, from recommending OTC medicines to just checking in on me. They went above and beyond the call of duty -- turning what could have been a disastrous trip into relaxing one!
